Making a Complaint

If you have a complaint regarding an insurance policy underwritten in the Lloyd’s or Aspen market, you can contact us via email or by completing this form. If you are contacting us by email, please describe your complaint and how you would like to see this resolved. We will also need you to provide the following information:

  • Policy number
  • Policyholder/s name/s
  • Policyholder/s address
  • Agent or broker name, including contact details
